Bookings may be created by passengers, staff, agents or counters depending on company settings. A trip may include multiple terminals and stops. Fare and journey duration may depend on selected boarding and dropping points. Seat selections may be temporarily held live in the database to prevent two passengers from taking the same seat at the same time. A held seat is not a confirmed booking. A ticket is valid only when the booking satisfies the operator confirmation and payment rules. Passengers must verify route, date, time, operator, boarding point, dropping point, seat, fare and phone number before confirming.
