Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy

How passengers and companies should handle booking complaints, service disputes, lost items and failed transactions.

Version 2.1Required Policy
Passengers should submit complaints through official support channels with PNR, phone number, route, operator, travel date and evidence where available. Operators must review complaints fairly, respond professionally, preserve system records and escalate serious safety, fraud or regulatory matters. VayBus may provide records and workflow tools, but the physical transport operator remains responsible for service delivery.

This policy is shown by VayBus and may also apply to independent company websites powered by the platform.
