All payments, manual confirmations, gateway callbacks, refunds and reconciliations must be recorded accurately. Staff must not falsify payment status, reuse transaction references, hide collections, manipulate fare data or approve suspicious transactions without review. Companies must protect admin accounts, use strong passwords, limit access by role, review audit logs and report suspected fraud or account compromise immediately.
