These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VayBus, including public booking pages, independent company websites, custom domains, subdomains, widgets, APIs, dashboards, booking tools, ticket tools, parcel tools and related services. By using VayBus, each passenger, visitor, company, operator, agent, staff member and authorized representative agrees to follow the published platform policies and applicable laws. Companies using VayBus remain responsible for physical transport services, lawful route operation, accurate schedules, fares, terminals, safety, crew conduct, bus condition, passenger boarding, luggage handling and customer support. VayBus provides software infrastructure and records but does not replace the legal responsibility of the bus operator.
